I have contacted corporate with the details of my experience. I encountered a young Hispanic manager with long, unkempt hair who was unprofessional and spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful tone. He abruptly shut the window and told me I could sit there. The staff refused to provide his name. I have already reached out to corporate because McDonald's should not have representatives like this. I am very disappointed.
McDonald's no longer offers a value menu—if such a menu exists anywhere these days. The fries aren't like they used to be, and my box is rarely full. Fortunately, I usually take advantage of the $1 large fry deal on the app. However, I can't recall the last time I truly enjoyed their fries.
At McDonald's, the Double Smoky BLT Quarter Pounder with Cheese was disappointing given its price. It was overloaded with sauce, causing the bun to become soggy. The same issue was present with the Hot and Spicy McChicken. Moreover, the items from the menu were poorly assembled overall.
