McDonald's - Reserva de mesa

I came a few months ago, a burger was forgotten in our order! We called them to let them know, they told us to come back and they will make another one for us! We arrive at the drive-thru and the manager shows us the cameras where we see “her teammates” preparing the burger in question. So she made it clear to us that we just wanted to eat a free burger and that we were thieves, which made me laugh softly. Table service zero. Obligated to stand up 3 times to wait 10 minutes for my potatoes that were not put on the tray. I was given the order but they were cold. Then not the sauces. Every time I had to take my purse and everything else because there were people and I was alone. Bcp servers but no one worked
