McDonald's - Reservar una mesa

We called to get information, the person on the phone could not hear us. We called back and the same person yelled at us, told me she tracked my phone knows my location and will be sending someone to our loft, it was threatening and inappropriate. Then proceeded to call us, and threatened to tell my parents….. we are adults….. visiting Colorado Springs. Threatening phone calls from a Mc Donald’s is unacceptable! We were afraid to called back and talk to the manager. Is this this employee on drugs?!? So weird!!! I’ve never experienced anything like this!!! Verbal assault is not ok. Do better!!!!!

we went to mcdonald’s to just get some bevs and a double cheeseburger combo, they then told us that the double cheeseburger combo does not come in a combo when i myself and my boyfriend both work at mcdonald’s in a different location and it indeed does come in a combo, when we arrived at the window the employee was very rude and was passive aggressive. 10/10 would not recommend this wasaga mcdonalds, prepare for the worst if you plan to go there

I parked after placing an order only to find that part of my order was missing. I drive back through to collect the missing part. They were closing 15 minutes before 11pm September 5th, 2021 and completely ignored me in the drive through. So missing one dinner that I paid for and 3 separate staff saw me at the drive through window did not acknowledge me. I waited 15 minutes until 11pm (actual closing time) they then shut the outside light off.

Ordered two chocolate fudge sundaes.I was given two cups of ice cream and a small dollop of chocolate fudge.The fudge was hard and the ice cream was like soup .What a waste of $6 and a waste of 20 minutes in a line up .Will never go back .

The wait for the drive-thru was very long, and I received a regular Big Mac instead of the Grand Big Mac that I ordered. I also asked for a soda without ice, but it had ice in it. Overall, I was very disappointed.
