I came here a few weeks ago. it was quite busy when we raised the hired, asked us to wait on the designated waiting place (spot since someone was already in place we moved up, car in. before us got her eating and going. we moved up when we raised another car and instead of going behind us, she went before us. the workers came with food and brought it before us to the car. lady in the car received the bag and went through her to see if her order was correct. we saw her through the bag. it turned out, it wasn't her. the coworker took the bag back from the dame, went to us and read out the order, of course it was ours. we wanted to confirm whether the dame in the car touched us eating, said the...

I ordered over the app. quarter pounder with cheese, filet of fish and middle fries. I have them with my curbside pickup spot number. five minutes later a guy came with a bag and said what was like coffee I said, no, I didn't order a coffee. he said: no, your name I said: he took the bag and gave it to the person in the next car. So why have big signs with mock numbers and the employees don't use them? five more minutes and my command came out. I took it home just to discover a big mac instead of the quarter pounder. It was our driver’s daughter) choice for our early-morning breakfast stop on our way to Harrison Hot Springs recently. She had breakfast-related coupons with her, and really likes, and wanted some of their coffee. We arrived about am, and after somewhat successfully negotiating...their terrible parking lot “maze”, found a spot to park, and entered the restaurant with coupons in-hand. Daughter did a breakfast meal deal breakfast sandwich, potato patty, and coffee and my lady and I just opted for a breakfast sandwich, via their ‘buy one, get one’ deal. Service at the counter lacked any sort of friendly acknowledgement, not even a smile. It was basically just a bland “what do you want?” encount...

I am a native and I have ordered them several times and almost every time the order is wrong. I also used that he runs thru and visits the restaurant. they do not seem to be able to count tons donuts. I pay, and I only get either or never. I receive a lie instead or they forget something in the order. I got a big mac with no meat. obviously nobody makes quality control! I think they will get it one day, but no such happiness! what kind of management do they have? they certainly do not do their work. I believe I have given them more chances than they deserve to improve and will now be ordered by any other mcdonalds (or perhaps burger king) than this. after all the negative reviews they do not...

out of for being the fast food restaurant in Pitt Meadows with the worst service from the kitchen staff... I specifically special order everytime i go here to ensure the food it at least warm... but every special order is consistantly worng. Doesn't...matter what time of day nor if it is Food or Drink/Eat In/Take Out or Drive Thru... Stay away from this location at all costs!!!

I live in front of location and use this mcdonald’s laufwerk thru because of its favorable position. my orders are usually wrong, even if I repeat my order to go safe. tonight I found that the person who took my order had a posture and she frustrated me that the situation cannot come together.

I went in for a muffin and a coffee, It was minutes, and mine came faster than other patrons who were standing waiting when i walked in. I watched customers leave because there was no one at the till. I usually go through...drive through but its also been really slow as well.

This Mac Donald’s has to be the dirtiest place I’ve ever been. Staff are rude, more concerned about flirting with each other and talking to friends than providing a good service. Toilets are filthy dirty.

My wile and I do love this restaurant because of cleanliness and kindness. However there is always very poor WIFi which ruins our feeling badly, Please make WIfi active well, Thanks,,

Stopped for ice cream which was overall not too bad, however the service side was slow. Not the cleanest restaurant.
