The worst service I have received in my life. Staff need to be trained. It’s no surprise to me to find that this McDonald’s has a terrible rating after having just experienced it myself. Firstly, I made an order through the app for a McFlurry to pickup, I was waiting at the collection point to collect my order and the first thing I noticed was that the screen for the order numbers wasn’t working so there was no way I could know if my order was ready. Secondly, my order number did not get called out. So I questioned as to what happened to my order? Very poor service and food. Waited 20 minutes in the drive through along with several other frustrated customers. When i received my order the fries were horrid, undercooked and soft. The quarterpounder burgers were prepared badly and incorrectly. I had hoped that waiting so long for food would have meant the order was delicious and correct but unfortunately not. I will not be complaining direct to McDonald's on this occasion as it is simply not worth my time and they are more than aware of the standard of this particular restaurant if they have looked at the other reviews.

I visited this restaurant for the second time despite saying I would never return. Unfortunately, nothing has improved since my last visit. The food was cold, I had to wait in the parking lot for my order instead of receiving it at the window, which took a long time. It seems like a strange way of operating to me, but to each their own. Upon arriving home, I realized that half of the items I ordered were missing from the bag. It was a complete disaster. I have said it once before and I will say it again - I will not be returning.

Sat in the DriveThru at order point no.1 for 4 minutes without any response. When cars pulled up at order point no.2 they were attended to straight away. So, reversed out and went through point 2. Before ordering I pointed out that there was a problem and was told they knew. I suggested they put an Out of Order sign out but was told they were busy. Was also addressed as 'mate '. A few weeks ago, I attempted to dine at this restaurant, but they experienced a power failure after taking my order. I gave it another shot recently, and once again, their systems went down after taking my order. While it may not be the staff's fault, it's clear that Macdonald's needs to improve their infrastructure. If this has happened to me twice in the past few weeks, it likely occurs frequently at this location.

After waiting for a quick meal for 30min, I finally came home to disappoint my daughter with this chicken canyo with additional cheese and additional pickles, old reheated chips no tomato cuts for the cheesy bite and tastlose koks. Many thanks mcdonalds, this is not the first time for every case the last, btw still wait for her back

start page of the sausage and a third one of a memcmuffins, see picture. maccy worst i 've ever been. it's always bad. eating cold or not like its supposedly served. a member of the staff has actually given up this piece of a piece and thought, "will go with others play bad service and eat, but I will not. I will not go back

Ordered on just eat Big Mac and fries came freezing cold, drinks where spilt and half filled coffees, missing 2 mcflurrys and a milkshake and I live less than 5 min walk from here so how is food freezing cold and coffees half filled and just by the just eat reviews it’s happening to 99% of customers every day for months. three items that were missing from my order, which lasted 30 minutes after they were told to park after passing through the drive. if they want that mcdonald 's (which I do not recommend) stay in the drive through and not park when they ask. Perhaps that will force them to deliver their promise of almost food?

dip or go out, the Burger wraps are really delicious, but I wish the chips were served hotter than they are. they are prepared in advance so that they sit there cold until the time they get. overall I like mcdonalds.
