The worst McDonald’s in all of Milton! Period! I was doing Uber Eats there yesterday to pick up my first and second order, and they would take forever just to get the cookies done! I had to cancel the order because of how long they took. The manager is also extremely rude! For my second order that never came, the manager proceeds to put a different order in front of me, and so I thought it would be my order since she didn’t say anything to me when putting it in front. Since I thought it was my order, I told her that she got the wrong order, and then she proceeds to yell at me saying “if it’s yours take it if it isn’t then leave it!”. While placing our order at the drive through window the employee taking our order spoke over us continuously to the point she couldn’t hear us speaking back. Only being able to complete half our order we went to the window to finish it and the lady was so disrespectful I was in shock. My cousin (the driver/ person who spoke to said employee) told them as they were younger that they need to slow down while taking orders as we weren’t able to finish and the employee said she was “stink” before repeatedly telling her to “order now” while she was still talking. My friend and I ordered two Big Macs... not one but both were missing a whole patty PLUS only had half a patty in mine. The Big Mac was pretty much just bread (that was also stale). I should have checked before we left but I don’t understand how both Big Macs could be missing a whole ass patty. Im extremely unsatisfied and think you need to teach your employees on how to make a Big Mac. I’ve never seen a McDonald’s mess up so terribly in my life. I never write reviews but this location needs to fix this.
Had to wait 20 minutes for my food. Ridiculous amount of time and bad service. Everyone standing around looking at everyone waiting. Don’t suggest this place unless they get some better employees. Didn’t give us utensils even though the food we ordered called for utensils to be eaten. This location is a 0/10 McDonalds- worst one I've ever been to. Open 24 hours but closed from 3:30 AM to 4:30 AM or later to change to the breakfast menu. Don 't they serve the majority of the breakfast menu all day anyway? And how do they manage to switch from breakfast to lunch without closing for over an hour in the middle of the day? Ridiculously inconvenient and disappointing for somebody who works the hours that I work.
