McDonald's - Reservar una mesa

In all my travels, throughtout Canada, USA, India, Japan, Germany and Greece, having tried McDonalds in each country this location in Kingsville is by far the WORST! I understand the location and building are inadequate, but as a paying customer that is not my concern!It is beyond me why the majority of the time you go through the drive thru you are asked to pull ahead and park. I have refused only to have the snotty manager tell me I am holding up the line.....my fault? McDonalds invented the drive thru and "fast food" and now to get our money faster they have decided to forgo that for pull ahead and "we will get to you when WE feel like it"! Why can they never put at least 1 napkin in your bag at the drive thru? Are times tight? Are they taking going green seriously and figure napkins are not necessary and are bad for ...... ah, who the hell knows. What is a combo now $10? Eat off the value menu - Mcdoubles - I think they are like a $1.69 or something. Crappy access in and out of that place. It would be smart to gather some of that property, if they can behind them, the Timmy's - I don't know, try to get it to flow to Wigle or to Main St at the light? - bring it into that parking lot for the strip plaza? We tried in the morning in the drive thru to get a coffee when after sitting in line almost 10mins with no movement we gave up. Later in the day we tried again. We were tired enough we wanted to see what would happen. It took 30mins to finally get to the window. There were maybe 7 cars in front of us. When I asked the girl what the problem was I got a smile and shoulder shrug. Amazing! I know this isn't fine dining but come on.

This place is decorated like a bad 80's sitcom. The service is at a snails pace. They screwed up 4 of 6 orders. The fries were half full and cold. The order took 3 times longer than it should. The counter was packed with workers just standing around. I have never been to a mcdonalds like this one before. It's sad to say but it's worse than a typical Michigan or ohio mcdonalds. And that says a LOT.

The plants in the entrance and the friendly staff made this a nice stop on my busy day . the food was freshly made and my egg mcmuffin was. Great !
