I am well aware that this is a quick food outlet, but at least they should meet the standards of the franchise board. I occasionally think of a meal before I make the weekshop. last couple times was the service. was extremely slow (last time was 25 minutes for foo to arriv) also with the automated system. very unorganized employees, would not take much to optimize everything. fries are barely edible today, almost cold (here I write that.) bruger rolls on cheese royale are false size. until not emptied (each of them), not wiped off. this McDonald’s in Saint-Louis in Alsace is absolutely the worst. ordered food from them, and took 2 hours for the food arrive and this is also after several call and they have just pressed the time. “It comes in 30 minutes” is what they said several times. no explanation why it was so late. so they can imagine how fun it is with 4 hungry children water for eating that can supply more than 30 minutes. a few articles were missing too. I have never had such a bad experience with any mcdonalds anywhere in the world. I can only agree with the other comments here. instead go to the burger king and avoid these mcdonalds to all cost.
The commands in the room are only done through the terminals (more orders in boxes), so at the pointing hours it stops from the entrance door crossed while people at the boxes. straws and towels to the count drop when they are not forgotten. dried sandwiches and lonerous fries. sharp decline in quality.

The worst part of the trip is by far.Waiting for more than 20 minutes (27 minutes at the drive ... )employees who make their lives, argue over, don't wait too much.Bef, we make a detour, we go to rixheim or allegar, in the end we are winning on quality and time (add the waiting to move simply)
after 15 minutes waiting time came the food. it was cold. they have made the order new. second time the chips were hot, but the burgers were only warm. worst mcdonalds ever. don't visit them when they are drunk.
