McDonald's - Reservar una mesa

Last night my husband took 3 menus for him and our children and 1 serving of potatoes for me. What disappointment when I opened my bag with my potatoes, the container was filled to half and I had no sauce, no towel!!! I attach a photo and I specify that I had not eaten a single potatoe before taking the photo! Last night I was disgusted, today is very angry!

A cold dog in this Macdonald really. Obliged to eat with his coat and finish the sandwich in the car Quick service despite everything and average hygiene of the dining room.
