TERRIBLE. The manager working there yelled at me when the ice cream machine was broken. I had no knowledge of this inconvenience so I had ordered a large chocolate milkshake. Instead of kindly telling me that the machine wasn?t working, she yelled at me.Then, I proceeded to ask if I could order a smoothie instead, she shouted ?NO? very aggressively. I placed an order for mobile order curbside pick up. I waited 50 minutes, then had to drive to the drive thru only to find out that my order somehow got erased in a technical issue on their side. The team there then proceeded to tell me that since they didn?t get my order they?ll have to enter it in again. I waited another 20+ minutes for my order that they messed up and forgot my Big Mac that I bought. The lady asked for a physical receipt but I told her that I purchased it through the mobile app, which the receipt is on my phone. Typical McDonald's. Had never really gone inside to dine-in but drive thru service has always been pretty decent considering all the places ive been to. And had never had any issues with staff and employees. The only take away is the every time i go herefor my kids and they were sooo really excited on getting the happy meal because of whats been advertised- like most recentlypickachu happy neal box, they has never been able to deliver whats been advertised. From the pickachu box to mario toys and somuch more. Should have seen that excitement look up untill they got there happymeal. That look faded soo fast. They look thereice-cream cone js fell o. Typical McDonald’s experience. I hadn’t really visited the Dunes-In location before, but the drive-thru service was always fairly good, and I never had any issues with the staff. The only downside is that every time I brought my children, who were really excited about the advertised Happy Meal – like the recent Pikachu Happy Meal box – they were never able to provide what was promised. From the Pikachu box to Mario toys and more, the excitement quickly faded when they didn’t get what was advertised. Additionally, the restaurant felt a bit neglected, with things like ice cream wrappers and bags left on the floor, especially noticeable on a hot summer day.

In the Drive-Thru line at 7:00 and the line was extremely slow. We have the window to pay in the lady who ran the window was hispanic, could not sneak a touch of English, and had a terrible time to find out what order our was. I finally had to move into the second window and take a manager my payment and we were in the Drive-Thru line for almost 20 minutes, which is ridiculous
It's mc Donald's, you've had it before. It's generally good. Cheap and easy. But if your anything like me it's best used as a cheap ice cream cone fries/chicken nuggets. It's a killer combo for after a workout imo. Not too crazy just a feel good meal.
Very unreliable customer service and poor food quality. I waited for over 30 minutes and was given false information until I showed the staff on my phone. I visit this place regularly, but this experience was unacceptable.
Best customer service I?ve had from McDonald?s in awhile. Friendly and courteous staff. They were very pleasant.

This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to. They made the Big Mac look exactly like the picture on the menu.
This McD's is pretty good. They're quick and get my orders right. No real complaints.
