Because I work in Health Care I can order a free coffee or soft drink from McDonald 's. I did order a coffee and I was left to wait after everyone who walked in and ordered after me. When I asked the lady who took my...order about it, she started to scream at me something like what do I expect ?? I have a free coffee after all.
For 5 days, there were drunk or homeless people who caused a feeling of uneasy for all. the floor was dirty, two machines broken and the ice creams were strange. dreadfully small and crippled with a flock! one of the most dodgy maccas in the world I was.
great ambience and atmosphere! the common is here very nice and the service was absolutely wonderful. would definitely recommend a trip to this mcdonalds if they visit surfers paradise. they really get a big understanding of the local amount.
Did an Uber wats breakfast order. Waited one hour 15 min and it still hasn’t been cooked. Uber driver had been there the whole waiting and asking. Ridiculous for over an hour to cook breakfast ! Ended up cancelling. Reserva una mesa ahora
Went here on a Saturday night at 10:00pm for a coffee. Coffee was awesome and didn't even have to wait that long. Only down side was can't order straight at the mccafe you have to line up with everyone wanting food.
we love the $1 soft servier and flock. the order screens are strange as they have not all desserts on the screen. so they have to order the old-fashioned wise at the counter.
we pop in here now and then we are locals, the place is usually pretty clean the usual food all usually presented well, the coffee is very good it can get very busy at night.

Dirty inside and out ... Toilets are inexcusable !!!! Skip Mcdonalds here , take a walk instead and burn calories instead of putting them on.
