I had a disappointing experience at McDonald's in Pacific Pines. I ordered a Big Mac, Fries, and two Apple Pies through the Drive-thru, but only received one Apple Pie and a bunch of napkins. When I contacted the restaurant about the missing items, I received no response. This is not the first time I have had issues with the efficiency of the staff at this location. Previously, I received the wrong item in my order and had to contact the manager for a resolution. I suggest going to the Oxenford McDonald's instead, as it seems to be run more efficiently. Always remember to get a receipt and check your order before leaving the restaurant.
We were visiting this Mc Donalds a lot when we initially moved into the area, purely because of the Coffee and not many other places to choose from. As we became familiar with the area we moved to better places and have not looked back. The Service, Coffee, Mocha or any other thing you buy from this Maccas can be bought MUCH better elsewhere. I do not recommend this Maccas at all to friends or family. The service is poor, the coffee is below average and often warm to cold. Not at all appealing. Save yourself the trouble and go to Harbourtown instead.
I am curious as to why this McDonald's is so stingy with the toppings on their Sundays and McFlurries. It may seem like a small issue, but it is quite frustrating that every time I visit this particular McDonald's in Pac Pines, they only put a minimal amount of toppings. It feels like I only get one bite of the delicious toppings and the rest is just plain ice cream. This may be a management decision, but it is time for a change in Pac Pines.
I have never experienced anything as bad as this . The girl at the counter could see us and I acknowledged that she was doing something but a quick “ hello, someone will be with you in a minute “ but nothing from 3 members of staff. Spoke with duty manager who apologised but seriously there are lots of young people looking for work , if your staff don’t want to be there get ones that do... customer service is what you business is built on.

Going though the drive thru and no staff maning the payment window which was closed up so drive up to next window .staff member grunts and tells me I have to reverse my car up to payment window. After that I get 4 frozen drinks only for them all to be half full. Go back to window and ask for them to be full staff accused me of drinking them. Just bad behavior from staff and I definitely will Not be going back there.
Wanted to get dinner through drive-threw, missed the enter driveway cause the one small sign they have wasn't lit up and it's a bit before the restaurant so had to go do the loop around to get back in. once in the car park, could barely find the drive-threw as again there was little to no signage especially being that it was dark. The food was ok, nuggets were a bit rough.
This place is terrible. Staff are just mostly interested in the goss out the back instead on focusing on customers or their orders. Came in one night and waited 5 minutes to be even greeted as everyone was stuffing around the back having a good old chat.
I have endured a lot from McDonald's over the years, from cold burgers and fries to long wait times in the drive-through. But after discovering a live cockroach in my bag, that's the last straw for me. I will never eat there again.

Only place i know if u ask for a wagyu beef with no bacon and u get home and low n behold u got a fkn mcchicken....pac pines maccas are honestly the worst!!!!.....even 3rd world countries are better!!!!!!
Go the drive thru it's quicker. Not much parking available. Orders don't seem to take too long. Very fresh.
