I went to the opening of this place. It was bad. Food came out cold. Not warm, cold. Sloppily made too. But I gave them another chance since openings are always hectic. BUT. The service and food continued to be poor as time passed. A fair few times, we had to wait over half an hour for our order. And it was the case for many other customers that we all ended up demanding a refund. The Hungry Jacks down the other side works better than this, although McDonald's probably gets more people. Not only is the service poor, but it's as if the workers don't want to work. They insist you use the menu ordering machines instead of going to the counter, even if you're paying cash anyways. Food continues...
Went to this McDonald's as most do on a Saturday night, I have never felt so un welcome in a place ever. Staff were extremely rude especially for been maximum age of 13 shouldn't there be an adult to supervise children? Took 5 minutes for someone to actually serve us then another 20 to get the food very poor for only been 2 other people in store. And a few in drive thru. I live close to there won't be going again.
Went in on Friday night for dinner service was slow they prepared two of my meals and then told me would have to wait for the third this took about 5 minutes in the mean time of course the other meals were going cold,the boy behind the counter reluctantly put them under the warmer,anyway when I got home these two meals were only just warm enough to eat.
I often stop off on the way back from the city or Dandenong.Parking is easy and the Mc Cafe section is clean and inviting. The chairs are comfy with low tables. Use your Mc Donalds Loyaly Card and get a free cappuccino every now and again. The Cappuccino with the $3 add on of a snack is good value.

Ive called in several times and they Never get an order right and stroppy staff with bad attitudes...spent 25mins trying to get a coffe right through the drive through, they finally got it right but the coffee was awful. Will never come back.
I enjoy the McCafe coffee and banana bread. The staffs are young and energetic, they are always helpful. I enjoyed my stay here every time, it's a well established maccas.
Not worth one star, appalling service, no evidence of any management, tables filthy poor food hygiene. McDonalds needs to put in a manager and clean up this dump.
Drove through the drive through to grab a coffee and carrot cake. Staff was very friendly and the coffee and cake were yummy ????

We do drive through here sometimes. Not once have they gotten an order right. Heaps of thugs on bikes lurking around.
When ordering through the drive through always have to make sure i checked the kids order before driving home.
