Unfortunately, we were disappointed when we purchased a happy meal package for our child and were not given a free toy, as they claimed to be out of stock. Despite our requests for a refund, we were denied. However, another employee eventually gave us two old toys for free. To add to our disappointment, our daughter also discovered that the beverage was missing from the happy meal box. The staff's unfriendly attitude only added to our frustration, indicating that they may benefit from additional training. Furthermore, the overflowing trash bin was also a concern. We ordered food and took a table number card which clearly said that food will be brought to our table. After 15 minutes and no food, we approached the staff and the lady asked what we ordered. After mentioning it, she took a bag with food from below the counter and gave it to us. Why not bring us the food if it 's already prepared?? Why write 'food will be served to the table ' when the staff is so lazy?? The food was cold and fries were bendy.I wanted to have a dessert but every dessert was 'out of stock '. Pathetic service!!
Had to use the kiosk to order food. That was frustrating. Took 11 minutes for my food, and it was wrong and cold. I only ordered 2 burgers and 2 chicken sandwiches with 2 drinks and a small fry.On one chicken sandwich, there were 3 strands of lettuce and one pickle. On the other chicken, there was NO lettuce. The 2 burgers had barely any ketchup and mustard . I saw the woman scoop the fried so I'm not sure how they were cold.Very bad. Tried to talk to them but they wouldn't come to the counter.
The restaurant offers a 2 for 1 deal on sausage-egg-muffin sandwiches. However, if you order breakfast on the app before 10:30 AM but do not pick up your order by that time, you will still be charged for it but unable to collect it. The management should address this issue promptly.

Competence must be a hard commodity to find these days. Made us park and wait for hash browns that weren’t even in the bag. Didn’t give me any sauce for my breakfast burritos. Might as well hire chimpanzees to do this job.
Worst experience ever. Spent so much money to get the lesser amount of food and the wrong order. the employees were not professional.
Not sure who the lovely two people were working tonight but they were so sweet and took my order quickly and easily
