I write this message to express my dissatisfaction with a refund that I expect following an order placed on the application dated 22/02/22 for a total of 15.60 euros: but at the moment I scan the code to the drive it is beugue and we are obliged to redo an order while other use on my previous orders it has been successfully debited twice. after my arrival on 25/02/22 around 13h40 and my phone call 1 week after always nothing and we sum up on 16/03/22 I want to be patient but there it has been 3 weeks since I wait for the mail to be able to send the proof of the flow I will receive the refund or you made the same free order I expect to receive a return
in most of the time, everything is going well. except once with a command from the application. worries when retrieving the order. cancelled but charged. After sending supporting documents to the director, everything has become more complicated and I would like to thank the director and manager for their sympathy and professionalism.
Despite the discontented world waiting for its order for 5 minutes, the kitchen team was able to hold the pace and content with the smile all the reprimands that were made to them. Very professional staff and clean restaurant. It's one of the few restaurants in the chain where there's nothing missing during our take-away orders.
