This modest paillote brought me mult strong sensations during the tasting of its delicate dishes. This fatty farandole has put my stomach like my soul in a breath, bringing me closer to the gastronomic firmament. This happy meal made me more than happy. Pleasure ignores the social and nutritional conventions that put my senses into practice. I hope the star to Michelin soon so much merit is present. Good to you. Big staff shortage tonight. Bravo to the team-mates who managed the situation by giving themselves full. But very long waiting and in degraded mode. I hope it was an exceptional situation. Some of the clients have greeded the others have taken their pain in patience.
