McDonald's - Reservar una mesa

We found this restaurant when shopping in Bailleul prior to arriving at our holiday cottage and were surprised to see the auto ordering points inside. We were even more surprised when we were invited to sit down and our food was then brought out to us. The staff were coping very well through a really busy spell but we didn't have a long wait and there were no problems with the order. The restaurant was clean and tidy and had an outdoor space with seating and kids play area.I have always preferred the French Mcdonald's to our own in the uk but this was the icing on the cake.

And frankly it is possible to say that their customer service is serious, I place a uber order eating a 19H30, so that at the end I wait until 21H12 exactly so that I am said that my order has been cancelled!!! Thanks to Mcdo Bailleul for not knowing how to update their Uber Eat service on the app and thank you for having me wait so long before I realize that I can't count on you to eat tonight!!! The least thing is to warn people that no delivery is available before ordering!!!

#having had a good experience in 2015 I visited with my wife this year and was disgusted. The place did not look very clean , the touch screen ordering system did not transfer exactly what we had ordered although it did manage to overcharge me after an awfully long wait I couldn't be bothered to complain as the staff didn't seem interested in their customers. The final insult was the toilets which were absolutely vile and filthy. Never again !!
