McDonald's - Reservar una mesa

Being hungry and in a hurry, I decided to grab a hamburger at the brand new MacDonalds at Serres Castet. Using the drive thru I gave in my order and drove to the first window. No one there for a long........... long........ time. Finally having been allowed to pay (no apologies for the wait of course). I proceeded to the second window. Again, no one there. I must point out that I was the only customer in that drive thru and there were hardly any customers in the restaurant itself. I saw McDo people inside but they never even glanced my way. In typical ostrich manner they must have assumed that if they pretended not seeing me, I could not see them either. I waited.... and waited .... and wait...

Inorganised, personal seems to have lost, in any case not or very poorly formed, and to crown it all,restaurant (already)very dirty while it has just opened. fervent consumer at mcdonald's, this one is catastrophic! There are systematically forgetful or mistakes (I unfortunately don't exaggerate)... and we usually greet the client when he comes home, not after 15 minutes (because we are served in 15 minutes, yes, never seen in a mcdo!). All the training is to be reviewed. Mr. franchisee, at work!

this restaurant mc do de Serres-Castet is easy to access. I'm basically a fan of the drive, but when I'm eating on the spot, everything's always going very well. staff is pro, effective. I've had some missing accompaniments, but it's been a long time and recently, it didn't happen, proof of the effort!
