McDonald's - Reserva de mesa

We went to dinner on Friday, June 24. The young man absolutely wanted us to try his new automated windows, as we didn't have time to learn that we decided to go to the cashiers. Unfortunately we were served by brittany. Probably a very nice girl, but not in her place. Not only did she have trouble taking our order, but also she was wrong, too busy, forgot to put items in our cabaret, when I went to see her to ask for the refund of the items she paid in too much and to have my missing items she figured and it was her colleague who had to help me. Moreover our fries and croquettes were cold, the big mac of my chum despite a paper not indicating any pickles contained two of them and my hamburge...

I find the mcdonald or I'm going to be extremely loud at peak hours. Everyone speaks very loud to understand each other. However, with their new menu, I find it greatly improved at this level. A small place or everybody's hooding on the newspapers, including me. internet rots on the other hand.

We had to wait for a good 10 to 20 minutes each time, even just for a coffee due to long waiting lines. It is especially not recommended to go there at night, as the service is extremely slow and it feels like you will spend the whole night waiting for your order to arrive.

during my visit, what was my surprise to see the owner twice bring the cabaret of customers with difficulties to move. this owner reassured me about the values of the chain Reserva una mesa ahora

I wasn't expecting a 5-star experience at McDonald's, but I do expect accuracy in my orders. Vegetarian options should be given more consideration.

The Big Macs at this restaurant are much smaller than what is depicted on the menu. However, this issue may not be the fault of the manager.
