I've been going to this location for the last 8 years that I have been living in Chatham and never ONCE have I had something like THIS happen. My girlfriend and her mom went through the drive thru around 12:23am (July 4th) and as soon as she got back home she gave me my meal and I started off by eating my fries. Everything was all good till I started getting closer to the bottom...after moving and shifting some fries around and to my utter shock and surprise exactly what falls out of the bottom of the container?!?! mcdonald’s on richmond is a huge demolition. they cover the prices of combos, pommes were half full and because they ran out of med tassen, with a child size pop replaced and still the full price calculated. they are the only ones who calculate extra for sauces. eating was cold and salted. the millions they make every day, they would think they would make better.

for a conus and one of the most tasteful things that a company can do is to discipline/ interview employees in the customer seat area. these situations should be treated behind the customer area. in this opposite one has to be on a stellar level.

Service was great, food was fine had the egg Mc Muffin combination with a coffee. Drive thru was very expeditious.

every time we go, they forget a part of the order. they need more attention to detail.
