Actually no stars from me.Yesterday 02/18/2004I took my daughter to buy food.I placed my order at the drive thru,The guy messed up my order and tried to blame me for the order being messed up.He kept arguing with me that I should’ve told him I didn’t want nugget happy meal.I tried to explain that I did tell him and that I never mentioned anything about a happy meal.He kept going onI went to pay him at the first drive thru windowAs I was leaving he insulted me.Saying I have passive aggressive disorder.I went to the other drive thru windowAsked another employee for the managerHe then asked one of the other employees whom was a ladyWhere the manager wasShe also had an attitude asking him why?Wh...
The service can be quite inconsistent. There are times when they're quick, but other times it’s really disappointing. I once placed a pickup order, and they cleared it without any communication, leaving me waiting at spot number three for about 20 minutes. Another time, I ordered an iced coffee with three extra shots of espresso; it seemed like they decided that was too much effort and skipped the shots I paid for. Many of the staff seem unfamiliar with basic courtesy, as they rarely say "thank you" or "please." They just hand over the food in a rather robotic manner, as if they're not interested in their job.
We waited in line for about 15 minutes around 2 AM. When we finally reached the drive-thru menu, the staff turned off the lights without any explanation to the 15 cars still in line. After another 10 minutes of silence at the menu, we decided to move up to the second window. The employee there didn’t even bother to open the window to explain; he just made a gesture across his neck indicating that they were closed. If the staff needed a break, they could have at least put up a sign or made an announcement. There’s no reason to waste everyone’s time like that.
Parking: There is ample parking available, including spaces for both regular and handicap needs, as well as designated spots for curbside orders.
Kid-friendliness: A kids' menu is available.
Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is wheelchair accessible.

I visited this so-called 24-hour drive-thru, but an employee declined to take our order. Instead, he went into the dining area and spent time on his phone. It appears that McDonald's is now employing people who just sit around on their phones!
The yuck mouth drive through girl has a issue every time I come from it's no burgers after midnight because they cleaned for breakfast so either wait til 5 am or get a soda but gave the guy in front of me a big Mac and ?
I've been going to this McDonald's for 20 years, and I've always had a great experience. The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and the dining area is consistently clean.
This is a 24Hr location- placed a mobile order, confirmed in app to pick up through drive thru. Waited in drive thru to find out they were only serving door dash orders.

I ordered a (L) Sprite and it came out as water. Very watered down Sprite. I don't know if it was just me. But I ordered it around 12 am.
