McDonald's - Reservar una mesa

Okay, you never expect a good meal at a McDonald 's, but you expect warm food to be served quickly. McDo is a solution we use when we are on the road for a long distance. You should avoid that. You have installed a system where you order at a terminal, then either wait somewhere near the counter or you sit and they bring it to you. One of us clicked on the counter and waited and waited until he realized that no number is called... they simply leave the order on the counter and you're supposed to recognize it, grab it and leave ... not impressive. The other clicked on the table service... the waiting was even worse because they don't have enough staff to prepare the food, they can't save some...

We visited this restaurant yesterday 2/10/16 enroute. We ordered 3 meals. When I was eating mine a small caterpillar fell to the ground! The manager refused to accept any responsibility or even give me his name. Understandably I felt unable to eat the rest of my meal. Avoid this place. There is a very nice Chinese/ Japanese buffet place over the road. I have written to the restaurant and Head Office and await a response!

Beaucoup d'attente alors qu'on et dans un fast-food cela devrait être rapide mais nous avons attendu 20min pour être servi
