Ordered a triple triple medium coffee and it was luke warm, I asked for a fresh brewed coffee, so they made another cup of coffee and this time it was a double double coffee and still like warm and extra strong. I asked how come it's not hot and tastes old. The manager or cashier said that its because the cream was really really cold so it makes the coffee lukewarm. The food was average as usual. The staff were friendly but inexperienced. We are from the US and wanted to order after 11 am. However, the mobile app was not working and when we asked for assistance, we were left waiting for nearly 20 minutes before being refused help.
The restaurant is generally clean, but none of the staff wear gloves or hairnets. Making matters worse, some of the staff working on the food line even wear jewelry, like rings and watches. Additionally, the soap in the washrooms is overly strong and has a bad smell.
The restaurant was a bit disorganized, but overall not bad. This was the first time I tried a Big Mac that wasn't too salty. The smoothie was quite good, and I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't overly sweet either.
