McDonald's - Reserva de mesa

60 % of my order was missing, and when I called the restaurant, (after 7 times) the person who answered the phone. I've been chasing my face. I tried to call back three more times, but without a case. I guess they treat their customers when they are a multi-billion dollar company. smh, you have to do better. I am really sad by the lack of customer service and common standing.

Big Mac was sitting under the heating lamp for too long. It turned the dressing sour. Just not the same as it used to be back in the day. I guess it's good enough when you get off if work at 1-2 when the bar closes and nothing else is open.

if I could give my rating a zero, I would. this place is very dirty and careless and rude staff. they don't make heavy pills when they dip and I missed half my order. please don't come back!

You know, it's McDonald's. The chicken nuggets are good. My fave is the root beer no ice
