Great customer service tonight. Do not order correctly while driving. The place was busy. Did not take time to check bag in the car full of children with cars behind me. Drove out and on the street and had to cut back and went in when the ride was a lot... after we realized that some Burger had cheese. The manager turned it off right away when I got in and it was BUSY. Look at me when my bag came and helped me right away. Much that I didn't have to wait or explain a lot. Right professional. Well done. Rated.
I ordered a large iced coffee and the late night order taker on 8/18 gave it to me in a medium cup and tried to sell me that how that is how McDonalds does their large iced coffee. I said no it’s not, his partner then had the guiltiest look on his face and smiled, indicating I was completely accurate. It is uncomfortable that the manager is asking for five stars, when the stars should be earned and not asked for. Several times during the year 2024 they made mistakes in my orders, I never gave them bad comments but now that the manager is asking for a good rating when you go to buy or pick up an order, it seems disrespectful to me. The stars are earned, not asked for, as I said before. Food: 3

Ordered two meals, they forgot the fries on one of them and didn’t follow the instructions for the toppings I didn’t want. It was a mobile order so not like it wasn’t clear.
