McDonald's - Reservar una mesa

They make their coffee too hot. The cup was way too hot to hold and I end up spilling the cup of scorching hot coffee on myself. I informed corporate via an online form. The manager of this location called me but could clearly couldnt care less and said something like well what you want a voucher for the cost of the coffee or something? I wanted to never had gotten burnt. I still have scarring on my chest from it.They still don 't have heat sleeves. I 'm leaving this review because I 'm sure I 'm not the only victim of their negligence.

While certain other fast-food chains pride themselves on their customer service, McDonald's has decided to go to the polar opposite and simply not interact with their customers. The reliance on kiosks for ordering is absolutely the worst. On top of this, this restaurant was dirty and items like cup lids were not maintained. Beyond disappointed and, with so many better options around, won't be returning any time soon. Goodbye McDonald's.

Missed people only interact. it didn't feel like it was so digital now. the burgers are still little dry and nuget tasted old not juicy as before. but it was clean.

Busy place. Food is good. Dining area is super clean. I actually had a employee come to my table and ask if I needed anything. First time ever asked. Was nice.

very fast service and nice staff. most of the time is eating fresh, but it has days like any other restaurant
