I havent been to a McDonalds in quite a long time but this morning I decided I would like pancakes. I remember theirs to be pretty good. I walked in, instead of drive thru, to be greeted by the self serve machines. I don 't care for these i want to talk to an individual. I go to the counter. I waited and finally a young man came up to take my order. I told him what I wanted and he proceeds to tell me we stop serving breakfast at 10:30, sorry . It was 10:32. I don 't care for McDonalds and i definitely will not be back.
This McDonald's is by far one of the rudest ones. I don't know how many times when going through drive thru the employees never say thank you. And they are just rude in general! Learn some manners and customer service! And today I went there for breakfast and I got and egg McMuffin and the egg was still runny. It wasn't just a little bit...it was A LOT!! So disgusting!!!! If I didn't live 15 miles away I would have definitely taken it back.
I placed a mobile order at this restaurant and found it to be simple and convenient. My order was prepared accurately and the food was served hot and tasty, especially for fast food. The team at the Chatham location worked efficiently. Overall, I had a positive experience with the takeout service. I would rate the food a 4 out of 5 and the service a 4 out of 5. The average price per person was between $1 and $10 for dinner.
This McDonald's location is absolutely the best I have ever visited. I have been to many McDonald's restaurants across the country, but this one stands out. The service is excellent, the meal type is takeout, and the price per person typically ranges from $10 to $20 for dinner.

Once again went here and when we got home food that we paid for was missing. Terrible service!!!
It's ridiculous that your frappe machine has been out of service for two weeks straight.
