Horrible service and raw, undercooked burgers (see photo). Saturday afternoon... ordered and paid using the kiosk. Kiosk has step-by-step instructions that has customer enter the order number from the plastic table-tent sign, pay, and then have a seat at a table because your order will be brought out to you. I sat at a table directly across from cashier 's counter and placed the table-tent sign noticeably at the end of the table facing the employees. I waited and waited. I watched multiple other customers place orders at the counter and receive their food. And I 'm still waiting. After 12 minutes (yes, I timed it on my tablet) I went to the counter to inquire about my order. The cashier look...

I havent been to a McDonalds in quite a long time but this morning I decided I would like pancakes. I remember theirs to be pretty good. I walked in, instead of drive thru, to be greeted by the self serve machines. I don 't care for these i want to talk to an individual. I go to the counter. I waited and finally a young man came up to take my order. I told him what I wanted and he proceeds to tell me we stop serving breakfast at 10:30, sorry . It was 10:32. I don 't care for McDonalds and i definitely will not be back.

I placed a mobile order at this restaurant and found it to be simple and convenient. My order was prepared accurately and the food was served hot and tasty, especially for fast food. The team at the Chatham location worked efficiently. Overall, I had a positive experience with the takeout service. I would rate the food a 4 out of 5 and the service a 4 out of 5. The average price per person was between $1 and $10 for dinner.

This McDonald's location is absolutely the best I have ever visited. I have been to many McDonald's restaurants across the country, but this one stands out. I know this is a McDonalds and such, but waiting 18 minutes for a Happy Meal? No excuse. Fries were even cold. At least the girl at the counter noticed we were waiting. Poor service otherwise and poor food.
