Yikes. I ordered a burger and had to wait 25 minutes with only one other order ahead of me. Several people were returning their orders due to the same issue I had Someone in prep loves to soak the burgers in ketchup/ mustard/ mayo, etc.. This caused the wait time to go way longer than expected, as they kept re making everything. I was given a kid’s sized cheeseburger rather than the McDouble I ordered, and this was also soaked in ketchup and condiments. We ordered a junior chicken sandwich, but they forgot to include it in our order. Additionally, they didn’t provide the correct sauces we chose; instead, we only received ranch and sweet and sour. There were also no napkins included with our order. I understand if it was for one person, it might be manageable, but for four people, we definitely needed a few napkins, especially since McDonald's food can be quite oily and messy.

I placed an online order, but it was incorrect. Instead of getting the chipotle BBQ quarter pounder, I received a quarter pounder without cheese. Unfortunately, I only realized the mistake after getting home. I attempted to call multiple times to resolve the issue, but no one answered the phone.
I don't like the fish burger. Way too much mayo sauce to drown the fish and oozed right out of the bun. Process cheese on this burger is totally gross. Since when did McDonald's change its sandwich recipe for a fish sandwich? Oh how I miss the 80s 90s ! Food was prepared better.
