This place is the worst on the planet , go to the drive through , every single time, “wait in the carpark” that’s already full of Uber drivers and people errrrrr ‘waiting in the carpark’ , takes 20-30 minutes to get a drive through which is pathetic , then when it comes , cokes half full, no ice a lot of the time, burgers chucked together and the last three visits , fries ordered medium 3 of em ….half full half cooked , cold and no salt , at the speaker … medium double quarter pounder w cheese meal and Coke Zero please….. every frikin time! “That large or medium”? “What drink do you want”? I am extremely disappointed with my experience at McDonald's Witney. This morning, my partner and I went for breakfast and witnessed a staff member slip and spill hot coffee on himself due to a leak in the ceiling. Despite the injury, it was only the customers who showed concern for his well-being. The staff did not offer any assistance and the employee had to clean up the mess on his own. I was appalled by the lack of support from the team and felt sorry for the injured employee. This incident could have been avoided if proper action had been taken to address the leaking ceiling before the restaurant opened. Just who is training the staff? Girl taking orders on the drive thru is possibly the rudest girl ever! Just said yep after everything I asked for, no welcome , no manners! Her mother must be so proud of her basic politeness! When I asked the lad at the payment window who’s the rude girl taking orders? He said OH she’s new!! Like that’s acceptable! Made me want to throw my burger at her but she was lucky she was hidden out the back somewhere taking orders!
I ordered a breakfast burger with a latte and an orange juice, but I was only charged for and given the burger and orange juice - the latte was missing. I brought this to the attention of the staff when picking up my order, but was told to check my order on the screen next time I pay. Unfortunately, the drive-through was closed by then so I wasn't able to correct the mistake. Frustrating experience overall.

Waited for half an hour to be told that the on line service was not working again .This is happening all the time and sorry does not cut it .we need another fast food outlet in Witney then it will have to improve the services or go under . I given one as you can’t give zero
Now sat for 30 mins after ordering food and still nothing has turned up. The staff are a joke. Short staffed isn't an excuse. Manage your staff. Employ more. Do whatever you ned but the worst McDonald's around. Go elsewhere isnky advice.
As always good food and a good choice. We were very pleased to see clean toilets after returning from Paris where every McDonald’s we visited had disgraceful toilets! Even tables were frequently left dirty.
Tiniest little burger advertised as the mcspicy not worth £7 at all! More like the size of. £1 chicken mayo. Everyone going through the drive though had to park in park and wait for food to be delivered.

God access from A34. Service a little slow and car park rather small. Speed of service has room for improvement but standard of food is as expected
The service was prompt and pleasant. The staff was friendly. I would like to come back for some cheese or mozzarella sticks.
