Mcdonald's - Reservar una mesa

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could! The customer service is terrible and the employees at the drive-through are incredibly rude. The McFlurry is already expensive, and they never fill it with enough ice cream - the portions are tiny. I have to ask for the M&M's on the side to ensure they get my order right, as I once received the wrong order with Skor, which could have been life-threatening for me as I am allergic to tree nuts. I strongly advise against going to this place. Check out the pictures to see the difference between what I was supposed to get and what I actually received.

Terrible customer service. They gave me a bag with open sauce and it got all over everything in the bag. I went back in and the employees were laughing thinking it was funny even tho I payed for the extra sauce. When I walked away I looked in the bag and they didn’t even give me both sauces I asked for. For a food business you think they would take the time to check the bag before giving it to you. I’m never going back to this location again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either.

The service at this restaurant is terrible, with excessively long wait times. I waited over 16 minutes, even though there was only one car in front of me. The fries were cold, my McFlurry was not filled to the top, and there were no napkins in the bag. I understand this is McDonald's, but the service and food quality here are worse than at other locations.

I visited the McDonald's drive-thru and ordered 1 Big Mac, 2 small burgers, and 2 large fries. When I got home, I realized that one small burger was missing and the fries were not fully cooked, being soggy and bland. Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience.

I have been going here for a couple years. Use to be better. Lately I've been having issues with coffee not being stirred or missing ingredients and burgers ingredients all over the wrapper and buns

a hired scream on children who eat and throw them out. mcdo is a place for children to have fun. the older women who work here are the worst.
