Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

honestly never order a delivery from the mcdonald’s app as when i did i never got my food then the app said that i had received it then i phoned up mcdonald’s and they said its nothing to do with them its uber eats fault so we phoned that up and they r gaslighting us saying that they had phoned me when they never did and anyway i had put on the notes to meet me at the reception they never did. and now none of them have given me a refund, my father is in the hospital and we didnt need the added stress

Food is always lukewarm in this place. Don't usually return it but did today. Chicken burger with bacon and triple cheeseburger. Both items cold . Returned them . When they brought out the next one's the bacon on both was freezing and chicken burger had no mayo. Not sure if it's due to lack of staff training or short staffed but it's always the same in here. Best sticking to coffee and Mcflurrys, they can't get that wrong . Service: Dine in

Cleanest McDonalds we’ve been in. Service was quick, food was lovely. The manager (or franchise owner) was on the floor helping keep the place in order. Nice atmosphere. Not chaotic like others. Staff were lovely, relaxed, not stressed. Overall impressed. All this and it was a Saturday afternoon! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
