Mcdonald's - Reservar una mesa

Place is trash. Even compared to other McDonalds. Two bad experiences in a row New guy took the order (fine, first day on the job) when we collect and said order was wrong a young guy got aggressive and said we were lying! I painstakingly explained we should have fries as we ordered three meals but he was having none of it. Eventually a supervisor rectified order Ordered an apple pie didn't hear him call it out despite being stood about away. Then when I asked, the guy got shirty and told me he'd shouted times. Whether he did or not, the customer service isn't there. Staff attitude is toxic. I wonder if the young men they hire are old borstal graduates!

Firstly, the girl named Megan on the front counter was very helpful even though the store was so busy. The brown lady on DA was very very very kind! She never noticed that I didn't have any sugar for my coffee and offered me some at my table without me even having to ask! A dining assistant that considers the little details is a dining assistant that deserves many flowers. THANK YOU! Your service does not go Unnoticed.

Beef burger tastes like rubber in my opinion. But personally I hate McDonald's, everywhere else was closed I so I had no choice but to go go there. Staff seemed to be working hard, got my order quickly but would rate the food out of so the review is down to the staff

It is what it is with any McDonald's, cheap and quick service. The entrance is very narrow and constantly a bottleneck trying to get in. Waiting to collect is also interesting due to how busy it is in there all the time

Very good Mcdonalds and in the perfect location. The staff are friendly and there is always a good selection of food which very rarely runs out.
