Mcdonald's - Reservar una mesa

We went this Saturday with my daughter and my companion to order 3 menus. We had to wait more than 20 minutes for our order in the restaurant. A über pounder was even on the spot, he had to wait at least 15 minutes which is not normal. The worst of all is that the soil was dirty, soaked and slippery, which is unacceptable for a rush of this fame. I strongly advise that McDonald's.

Mac do has to avoid, 21h20 person in the Mac do and more than 10min to be served on site for in the end to have cold trays, 21h50 my children want an ice cream, they answer me that it is too late that you have to go around and take the ice at the drive while you are in the interieur, we make the drive ride anyway to tell us at the drive there are more ice creams, and yes

I ordered, what a surprise to see, when I came home that the order was not mine! So I go back to the bottom, they make my order again, no commercial gesture! I went back because of their incompetence and they are not even able to make a gesture! You must not be surprised to lose customers, every drive drive is missing something.
