Sale, unpleasant, missing and bad products Very bad experience this Sunday evening 22:15 so close to the closure ... Upon arrival, employees make the zouaves, masks not worn or badly worn under the nose. No coffins, no smiles, they continue their conversation with very vulgar terms in front of customers. The one who prepares our order is particularly unpleasant and seems upset to be there or to prepare my order

My friends and I usually come to taste one of your glazed products: McFlurry, or after many come we have noticed my friends as well as my person that your mcflurry cruelly lacks caramel to see his absence. We find this totally aberrant to see inadmissible on your part for 3€20 not to have the product we ordered. Please solve this problem. Thank you so much

If you're in this kind of restaurant, there should be no surprise. And yet the service makes the difference. In this one the orders are prepared and put into carry bag as the product availability is not very well controlled. So the sandwiches cool while waiting for ice or ice melt while waiting for fries or nuggests.

Fully agree with most comments!! . . 14h10 order placed in the machine... 14h30... still nothing while there's no one!!!! It argues, it laughs but hello and 'friendliness doesn't exist! sandwiches are thrown into their box ... a real mansue of respect! Anyway... very disappointed! Reserva una mesa ahora

Take a command at the terminals and be served each time after 15min, while there is no one. Staff discuss instead of preparing orders. Lack of a product often because don't pay attention to anything. It is not clean, often cold. Just unacceptable.

A FUIR... I was forced to lift it 5 or 6 times, cold fries, horrible Big Mac, no towels, icy reception, very dirty table not to mention the children's noise in the play room. It's more like a children's park than a restaurant.

We were first received for the order we were able to make directly to the counter what we prefer. The two hostess were extremely kind and helpful to us to listen to something quite rare elsewhere. We will return with pleasure.
