Asked for a LARGE regular drink and received a drink in a cup that indicated it was large for the following items, McCaffe, Shake, Orange Juice, Frozen. Since a regular drink is neither of those, why would you put my drink in that cup and pass it off as LARGE, when every other McDonald's has a different large size regular drink cup?
I'm not sure what’s happening with the staff, but they appear to be in really bad moods, especially the person at the counter. Their rudeness gives the impression that they’re working for free! This fast food chain seems to be declining with each passing day.

The staff clearly lacks the skills to prepare a proper McMuffin. The muffin was not toasted and was barely warm. To compensate, they seemed to have overcooked the egg, but that only made things worse. Additionally, it was quite pricey for a McDonald's meal.
The restaurant has received a makeover on the outside, but it remains just an attractive exterior masking a subpar dining experience. While the ambiance is pleasant and the service is satisfactory, the food still falls short in terms of quality.

I’m definitely a McDonald’s fan just like that person! When I visited the McDonald’s in Alameda after its remodel, I absolutely loved it—the inside and outside of the restaurant looked fantastic!
