This place really is disgusting. Dirty, very unhygienic premises, and mostly lazy staff. Tables always need cleaning, seats always covered in food debris, never see anyone mopping the floors etc. The overall impression this place gives is that the staff don 't care about providing any kind of acceptable customer service. The food from the miserable, unsmiling table staff is never hot. A couple of the women are ok, but there 's a youngish one who practically throws your food at you with a snarl. I ordered from Mcdonalds prescot for my 14 year old daughter who was home alone as I was broken down on the motorway. I told her to watch on the camera for the delivery person. The drivers picture showed a women. My daughter was shocked and scared when a man was banging on the door. she could not see the bag as he put it on the floor and started walking round the house looking in the windows. Went here yesterday 18th august 21. What a shambles, one half of the place is reserved for all the delivery waiters even though nobody was using this half. I waited about 20minutes for the meal to be brought to an area that was packed and in need of a clean. Food was quite rubbish, fish fillet burger was stuck to the burger container. I think macdonalds need to rethink their strategy, not good that they are keeping customers and these drivers seperate, they dont work that hard that an entire half of the place is kept clear for them. Visited on Sat 12th with my two Daughters aged 5 and 8 and witnessed an embarrassing bullying outburst from one teenage girl to another. Alarms went off, security staff escorted the girl off the premises and police called. A staff member said this girl had done the same the night before. This really is unacceptable behaviour and something that I’d rather my girls hadn’t seen. They said to me when they left that were scared and didn’t want to eat in there again. On top of this the place is dirty and service slow. A terrible experience.

Absolutely shocking. Bunch of teenagers trying to run a business. Yet again there are missing items and no sauces on delivery. Phone the chain and have some idiotic teenage boy saying it’s because they are busy. My god. It’s not rocket science. Look at a piece of paper and put the items in a bag. Imbeciles. Once again for what must be the fourth time in as many weeks Prescot branch drive thru has had to close again. Cars have been asked to reverse out as their orders can't be taken. Advice to mcdonald's management. It can't be beyond the wit of man to get this sorted once and for all.
