Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

I've been living in Landerneau since 2019 and lived in St Urbain before his so I've always had a taste of Macdonald de Landerneau since I arrived in Brittany in 2004. But it's decided, never again! Funny of jetty my money through the window never an error-free order always a worries: cold order, forget about sandwich or sauce, dessert (donnuts) completely crush, mistake in customizations, elastic fries and sandwich bread all dried no thanks! Nothing to do with the other Macdonald restaurant I've already been able to eat. What a disappointment. I ordered a MacFirst by making some modifications. When I came home I realized that it was not what I ordered (although the error is human) I returned the exchange. It turns out that we've made my order again with the same error. I had to return a second time, we made my order again with errors. When I returned there for the third time the sellers got angry and made the mistake back on me (when they had seen the cash ticket). A lot of mistakes when receiving orders, you must absolutely check everything after them, whether for a sandwich with withdrawal of a product (e.g. pickles) that is not taken into account, or forgetting the sandwich itself! The welcome we're waiting in this kind of badge is not always on the rdv. Staff efficiency is not present either... The principle of fast-food should not be to do in place of the employee, especially when it observes the value ratio whether it is on the food or the competence of the staff who clearly leave to be desired. You really don’t have to be pressed, in this restaurant the side appellation fast-food loses its meaning.

I get my order from McFlurry and I get a tray (honey) degueulasse but when I say degueulasse it is said good here then we raise the towel and there it is filled with sauce underneath, we call an employee he comes it says “ha yes it is normal at this moment the tray is not washed, the McFlurry there was nothing normal. We felt the very bad atmosphere between the staff, especially a fallen man who allows to talk to his employees in a shameful way in front of the customers If we had not paid the order we would be parties to the competition. Otherwise complete command and fast service.

More than 20 minutes to recover its order at the click and drive, forced to move 2 times. It's good to put concepts in place but we need the means to deliver quickly. MC do what! On the other hand bravo for once the order was complete is rare enough to emphasize it.
