This McDonald's was incredibly kind to my 8-year-old niece, who is learning to order and handle things on her own. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and they got my order right—something I've struggled with at other locations in recent years, where my orders have been messed up almost daily. This place felt much more family-oriented, reminiscent of how I remember McDonald's used to be, in contrast to some locations I've visited that are often crowded with homeless individuals and drug users.
I want to express my gratitude to the manager who assisted me today in printing my COVID vaccine paperwork. She exemplifies excellent customer service, going above and beyond in her duties. She truly deserves a raise. Thank you for taking the time to explain and help me!
