I don’t leave reviews for large corporations but the service here was unbelievably good.The attention to detail at every interaction was incredible. We took our kids here and they loved the play centre. The toy in the kids meal was spot on. We were also celebrating an event and the manager was warm and friendly offering us balloons. We were expecting a standard McDonalds visit was over the top. My godmother was the first female owner operator of a McDonalds in Canada and you could see the same pride in the manager at this location.I strongly recommend anyone with small kids to check out this location.Kid-friendliness: The team here was incredibly kind and friendly.

Probably the best McDonalds joint I've been to across the GTA. This place has excellent service, hot and fresh food and is always kept clean and tidy.<br/ <br/ The service here is fast. Unlike many other McDonalds, this one actually uses all of its tills to check out people. The staff is very friendly and very quick.<br/ <br/ Expect your food to be hot and fresh every time. The kitchen staff is quite efficient and you can see them making your food from the counter.<br/ <br/ The place is very clean and there is a lot of seating space. Definitely a must visit if you're craving McD food and especially during nights as it's a 24x7 joint.

I feel bad for the frontline workers here.The front of the house are rarely stationed at their cash out making for daily waits by customers. The amount of running by staff back and forth really displays the inefficiency of operations which is a clear reflection on management. Use the systems in place as set out by Ronald himself . Its an assembly line where everyone has their place is it not?

Admittedly, one of the more busy locations as it's with on Islington. But it seems that every time I go, something goes wrong. From uncleanness soda machines with grimey soda bubbles dispensed to stale mcgriddle buns and soggy hashbrowns.The staff are all nice enough. It's just a shame that they may not be staffed enough for maintenance and food rotation.

If they 're not competent enough to get a simple order right after 2 points of clarification, I fear how they run anything in there correctly, at all.

The food, service, hygiene are all bottom of the barrel. Really bad even for McDonald 's standards. One of the worst in the city, like the Roncesvalle location. Apparently this is a 'South Asian ' McDonalds because nobody speaks English. Vagrants like to hang around outside and harass customers too.

First time I went there. They did forget my order even existed until I asked one of them( they were busy at the time. Second time it took a bit to get my order but not that long to get angry over. Overall it was good and no one was mean.

Nice specious well maintained clean place including washrooms. The staff was smiling helpful and courteous. Plenty of free parking spots. One can drive through if on hurry. This place is nearby lake so very helpful.

Order 2 meals via their apps from this store. 1 large fries is missing, call the hotline for help, they just refund me $0.94! How ridiculous!!!Avoid order take out here!

If you're disabled, be sure not be able to use washroom. They used it a few minutes ago but lied right in the face of a disabled person. Great job
