To add to the all the one-star reviews: I placed an order via UberEats to this McDonalds location. I placed my order at 8:10 PM and didn 't receive my order until 9:40 PM, after the restaurant itself cancelled my order once, which I had to reorder again. Looks like they 're not timely with orders at all, failed to update the system from Wrapping Up to Ready for Pickup. When I finally had to call them, I found the order was already ready a long time ago and was waiting for pickup and getting cold while neither the driver or I were notified of this. I understand these employees get paid way less than what they actually deserve but that doesn?t mean you have to be rude to customers, apparently they do not know how to respond to a ?thank you? or ?please?, when I went to the first window to pay for my order I asked for my receipt and the lady hesitated on handing out the receipt, then I had to ask a second time and then she handed out my receipt along with 3 other receipts from the customers before me, and I just find that annoying and disrespectful in many ways. Then I went for the second window to get my food, I got my food and then asked the guy if I could get some barbecue sauce and he just stared at me but handed me the Sauce and then...

Go to the other McDonald?s not too far away. Waited over an hour then they tried to tell me I never placed a mobile order even though I literally showed the order history and they just cleared my order of the screen. Happened to many people as well. They were trying to up their time by clearing them early then forgot about all of them. At least 10 of us waited over an hour. Horrible and nearly a scam. 12am-1:20am July 5th 2022

This is not the resturant for me, nothing is vegan, so I was going for my child. For whatever reason the app wasn't working and so they had me driving around until I would be able to access the code. It was extremely frustrating. This was the worst mobile pre-order experience I've ever had. After 25 minutes I got the order and whelp my son enjoyed it. Although he had no straw for his slushie. I like the covid friendly setup there. Foot extensions on the doors allow you to pull them toward you with your foot. There were hand sanitizing wipes right next to the do it yourself order screen. We sat in a plush L shaped booth while waiting for our order to come to us. The food itself is not 5 star but it's reasonably priced given the current inflation and we were all satisfied.

The food here was so freaking fresh. I live in Baltimore I stopped eating Mc Donald?s Because they?re always rude and there food is nasty but this one here in Virginia was beautiful I happen to leave my iPhone bye the fountain drinks. Someone actually turned it in wow !!!great place highly recommend?????????????

This dining experience was terrible. The burger was so tough that it was like eating rubber. The bun was equally tough, which was even more unappetizing. The fries were clearly cooked in old oil and were very dry and hard.

5 stars for Maria who works the drive thru in the mornings. She's always so welcoming and smiling. She def makes our mornings when we stop there. Her kindness starts our day off right! Reserva una mesa ahora
