Friendly staff, even if it is full of everything thought and you will be served quickly. I am absolutely satisfied with the Mc Donalds in Neugraben, because unlike others in Hamburg, it is clean and tidy there. The staff in Neugraben can also speak German (which is not the case in many other McDonald's restaurants), making the order much easier. So: All TOP
