Toilets very dirty, tables dirty, floor all over the store so greasy that you slip out everywhere. Pommes very fresh but for it lappy and not through. Returned, get new ones that weren't much better either. Then they gave it up and took it. You feel like Conan the Barbarian! Keine Serviette... No napkins, no worries... No, do not insist my friend, you won't be able to find a single napkin if the receptacle is empty. Maybe after 2h someone will remember to check on it and eventually bring some new ones...

Not so stupid. Wanted to have breakfast at 10 o'clock at McDonalds. Since I didn't find anything about it at the terminal, I asked for the service. The answer, we don't currently have the offer, next month again. I didn't find any information on the website before, so I wouldn't be there.
Super upgrade! After a short call that something was missing, a very accommodating and friendly upgrade was made possible. The lady at the checkout also knew right away and without any problems I got my Milkshake. Thank you for this positive experience. Errors are absolutely human.
