I want to give a huge shout out to the young gentleman at McDonalds on Telegraph in Taylor. My granddaughter and I went through the drive through,(which was extreamly busy, after the Uncle Sam Jam, approximately around 11:30 p.m. He was so pressional, and handled this rush with such grace! Had a huge smile on his face, and told us to have a wonderful rest of the evening. It was so wonderful to have this kind of experience, especially after all the bad in this world now days. today to breakfast, hotcakes and ice on a cookie both cold. also on this Drivethru folder 3 cars went in front of me in the other track because my track was ignored. for lunch my mother wanted me to go to hamburger later, so I did that. hamburger cold, frenchfries cold, order wrong, overload and not offered a reception because she knew it was wrong. also order taker on drivethru led another talk about the loudspeaker further confusing dinge. Horribly slow service. While I was waiting the lady next me was handed a bag with her order...It was missing five items. I waited a long time and finally had to sit down (I'm disabled with Multiple Sclerosis). I finally got the sweet tea I was waiting for...warm with very little ice. Also while I was sitting and eating a burger, I noticed an elderly couple in their 70's come in and wait at the counter for service. They were ignored and they got disgusted and left. Don't come to this McDonald's.

Paid $26 for food and didn't get half of it. 2 large fries and 1 one under half full and they were both really cold and nasty! Was told the slushy machine wasn't working at the drive thru when I went inside the store to get my food that wasn't in my bag low and behold what was plainly working as a worker was making a slushy! Not to mention I waited almost 10 mins outside in the heat for this and still had to go in because it was wrong. This McDonald's is the absolute worst I will NOT BE BACK!
okay, they want a reason to automate the fast food industry, this is the load to prove whether it works or not. and $15 per hour? for this slow service? automate their procedures and pay people to repair the type of money for an automated process, shoot problems, and do what can not be automated and then the $15 for the work at mcdonald’s will be worth it again. this place is in service.
The staff at this restaurant location are amazing! From Marie to Bianca and the rest of the crew, everyone is so friendly, caring, and kind. The maintenance team even goes above and beyond by keeping the grounds clean at 6 am, even in freezing weather. I usually just stop in for a black coffee with ice, but the crew always cheers on all of their customers.
In my opinion, I give this McDonald's a five-star rating. I enjoy the great service, my orders are always correct and fresh, and the best part is that you can save money and earn points by ordering through the app. These points can be redeemed for free food in the future. The ice cream machine at this restaurant was actually functioning, even during dinner hours, which was perfect for those of us craving ice cream late at night. It was a pleasant surprise and definitely a highlight that will make us want to come back again.
I couldn't get a simple cheeseburger meal right and pommes were cold. called and manager was very polite and offered to make it right for me. unfortunately I never came back again so my experience gave it a waste of time and money.
