Mcdonald's - Reservar una mesa

I want to give a huge shout out to the young gentleman at McDonalds on Telegraph in Taylor. My granddaughter and I went through the drive through,(which was extreamly busy, after the Uncle Sam Jam, approximately around 11:30 p.m. He was so pressional, and handled this rush with such grace! Had a huge smile on his face, and told us to have a wonderful rest of the evening. It was so wonderful to have this kind of experience, especially after all the bad in this world now days. He definitely made our night complete. My granddaughter even noticed how well he handled himself. He's definitely a 10 in our book. It seemed as though he was the only one running everything as well. Kuddos to this young man. He deserves to be on the top of that pedestal and possibly a RAISE!! Keep up your work ethic!

Horribly slow service. While I was waiting the lady next me was handed a bag with her order...It was missing five items. I waited a long time and finally had to sit down (I'm disabled with Multiple Sclerosis). I finally got the sweet tea I was waiting for...warm with very little ice. Also while I was sitting and eating a burger, I noticed an elderly couple in their 70's come in and wait at the counter for service. They were ignored and they got disgusted and left. Don't come to this McDonald's.

The Opening Crew at this location ROCKS! Marie, Bianca, etc...I wish I knew everyone's names! They are so friendly, caring and kind! The maintenance crew is so devoted to sweeping the grounds at 6 am in below freezing weather! I only stop for a black coffee with ice...but the crew cheers all of their customers on!!

I give this McDonald's a five from my opinion. I love the service, my order is always correct and fresh, and the best part is you save money and get points for ordering on the app. The point can be redeemed for future free food Thanks for great service ‍

Their ice cream machine was actually working at this location, and was still making ice cream at dinner time for us who want ice cream late night, amazing! Definitely a plus, and likely to patronize again.
