I ordered food in the store this morning, but the machine did not give me a ticket as usual. After waiting for 20 minutes without receiving my food, I asked the person behind the counter about my order. They told me that my order didn't come through. I explained that I didn't have a paper ticket but showed them my bank transaction to prove that they had taken my money. However, they insisted that no money had been taken because the order wasn't on the screen. I showed them my bank statement again, but they asked me to leave as it was a busy time of day and I was wasting their time. We ordered takeout and unfortunately, some items were missing from our bag. When I called to report the issue, the person on the phone blamed the delivery partners and said it was our responsibility to contact them. Despite this, I was left with one child who had food and one without. The only solution provided was a refund from the delivery partner. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by this experience.
Don't bother ordering at night as you will have items missing all the time. I work till 12 and always have items missing from my delivery so now lost me as a customer, not to mention the delivery charge and the service charges just to get the food delivered to begin with. My opinion is the evening staff are very imcompitent with following a simple order.

ordered food for delivery for an office meeting. only received part of the order and what did arrive was predominantly wrong! If you try to resolve the issue McDonalds blame Uber eats and Uber eats blame McDonalds. No one takes ownership or wants to try and help. Do not use this site, or Uber Eats. Maybe suggest using the other site as an alternative.
Every time we order from this restaurant, items are always missing! When ordering online, nothing can be done to rectify the situation, so someone is always left without their full order. Unhappy kids, save your money and avoid this place!
Ordered 3 lots of 20 nuggets and large fries waited over an hour the lot was soggy the fries were only half filled and only got 18 nuggets in each box also no sauces were sent not happy had 3 very disappointed boys
McDonalds is in the centre of Gravesend. It has the usual menu. Seating is available both upstairs and downstairs. Both are very clean. It does get very busy. Toilets are available upstairs.

Had maionase chicken bun with fries ...that early morning it all kicked off ...lost weight though-I know exactly what I had ate that day so it was as already stated the burger
Ordered breakfast here, sat down to eat it. Found out at the end the orange juice was out of date by 15 days. Very poor.
