Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

I’m not the type to usually complain but I’ve come here often hoping it’ll be a better experience each next time but that is not the case with this place. The ladies in the morning do not do their job correctly ??‍ The one that they call “Tamara” is rude and unprofessional. The rest of them don’t know how to work effectively or resolve any customer issues properly. The afternoon is even more of a mess. ? They have managers that don’t know what their doing and rather argue than fix an issue, like I understand customers can be frustrating but they were made managers for a reason… the only manager that does everything correctly and solves everything is the tall one who wears the mask. Sunday March 17/24 just went to this restaurant and the guy working their is clueless. Telling me my order is right and after checking through the bag I see we are missing a third of our order. I told him about what was missing and he said he can’t get everything right when he is busy. If he thinks 12 people in the restaurant is busy it’s time for him to look elsewhere. Had one black coffee and one with two milk and yes he messed that up, ordered burgers got one. Also 3 ten pack nuggets and gave us two sauce. Fries were only thing right. Also had to ask for our change as he closed til without giving it back.This guy needs retraining . We were a group of 4.

Cozy, but the service is very slow and unfriendly compared to the service at the Mc Donalds chain in Brazil.
