Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

McDonald’s used to always be a good place to visit anytime of the day. Normally you would order receive good service ask for sauce, you receive it. Then carry on with your day because why else would you order nuggets? you unfortunately will be told it’s POLICY to pay 0.21 cent for SAUCES. Can’t even give you one for free as a courtesy. Manager working today 10/04/2023 night shift 6:55PM just left me very unhappy and unsatisfied. It’s shameful to argue over sauces. she told me “it’s about inventory” I’m pretty sure she has let people get sauces who she chooses. but unfortunately I wasn’t the lucky one today. the customer service is horrible I ordered food and when I went to ask for a refill on my drink they denied to give me a refill the store manager gave me a attitude she also didn't want to give me her name. really bad service and the employee also gave me attitude and I wasn't the only one they gave attitude they was giving attitude to everyone one

I was or sing with my parents and some lady started yelling at me saying that I have to leave becasue she thought I was vaping and my parents told the lady that it's a push pop but she still argued with us (she thought a 12 year old girl was vaping in front of her parents)

It's a McDonald's, so they're all consistent. I don't like the absurd upcharge for an iced coffee w/o flavor. Is ice really a dollar more?
