Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

12-20-33 drive up to the drive thru. Waited for some kind of acknowledgement, didn't get any. Customer pulls up to the other drive thru lane, gets acknowledgement, starts ordering! Really?! So, I pull up to the drive thru window(they only have one window open) The girl gives me a price, I say it's not my order. I explain that I was waiting in the drive thru and no one came over the speaker so I pulled around. She turned bk in behind the glass, made some comment, then asked me what I wanted to order. 1sm coke, 1lg coke Xtra ice. Of course I didn't get Xtra ice in the lg, but that's too be expected as she had an attitude with me. Sorry not sorry, don't have to lanes open if you don't intend to...

Whomever has given this McDonalds more than the one star minimum must be a friend of the manager, or should I say manager of the given week. Turnover here is ridiculous. Can’t get any order right. ANYTHING!! Today I thought I’d feed 4 of us. Nothing crazy. I asked for hamburger. Got a cheeseburger. Normally not a big deal. But with kids…. Also asked for apple juice…NOPE. Also asked for sweet and sour for nuggets…NOPE. Asked and paid for ranch….guess what….NO RANCH!! Surprised? Nobody is. Perhaps if they hired from within our community instead of the east side of Chicago, service would be “average”. Not looking for greatness here. Just hoping for average.

The lady who was taking my order was very rude and racist... I ordered a large orange juice she gave me a small then said I had to pay extra she then proceeded to tell me it's a extra so instead of her telling me the difference she swipes my card again for the price of a large then when I told her I could've gave her the difference in cash... she says u people and slammed the drive through window.. I won't be going back!!!

It's always super busy at lunchtime. So try to go right before or right after. The lady who took my order and who worked the cash window was super sweet, bubbly personality and definitely will put a smile on your face. The food is pretty much the same as at any McDonald's you go to. Same with the prices. Reserva una mesa ahora
