I encountered some issues during my recent visit. There was no bathroom available, and indoor service required a mask, so I ended up using the restroom at the gas station next door. A few years back, McDonald's introduced excellent coffee, and I was looking forward to upgrading from senior coffee to a medium-sized cup. Unfortunately, when I took a sip, it was bitter and sour, almost as if cleaning solution had mixed into the coffee. I tried to convince myself to get used to the taste after three attempts, but ultimately, I had to toss it out on the street. Previously, the coffee had been fantastic, so I hope this was just a one-time issue. If you decide to order, it might be wise to ask for...
Why do men's bathrooms have one toilet? Had an emergency bathroom break and sure enough 1 toilet in the men's room and it's busy. Had to sneak into women's bathroom to use toilet and people swarming like I'm some perv. I'm not going in your women'sbathroom to gander at the women I have to use the toilet and you provide 1 in the men's that's usually busy. Was going to buysomething but not after angry mob confronted me when I'm on the toilet ????????????.
You can't go wrong with McDonald's, as they usually get your order right on the first try. However, I really miss the dollar menu. Given the current state of the economy, that option would be more appreciated than ever. I think as a multimillion-dollar company, they should think about lowering their prices, especially during this pandemic. It would certainly be a positive change. Best regards, REALTOR Tomas.
I walked in, and a staff member directed me to the ordering machines, but they were malfunctioning. It seemed like she didn’t want to help at all. The area around the soda machines was messy, with napkins hanging out. I also witnessed a worker drop a patty and then put it back on the grill. This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Food: 1/5

I ordered a large frappe and, halfway down the street, I realized there was no straw! HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO DRINK THIS WITHOUT A STRAW?! If I could rate this a zero, I would, but unfortunately I can't. Even though I thought a straw would be included with my drink, it's important to let them know you need one. Otherwise, YOU WON'T GET ONE!
No one would come out from the back so we were forced to used the kiosk. Then no one would say the numbers of the food when they were putting it up. So we had to go through it and bag it. You should be giving out employee discounts because I did everything myself!
And if your bladder is really feeling the pressure, think about using the drive-thru next time you visit. It might not provide the excitement of eavesdropping on their conversations, but at least you won’t have to wait around for too long. Happy travels!
This McDonald's is a lifesaver! The service is excellent, and the location is perfect, just outside of Six Flags. I always stop by here for some refreshments and a quick break before heading home.

Nice inside. Food was just meh, fries seemed either under done or not salted or both. I know it's healthier not having all the added salt but still.Food: 3/5
They didn't offer any sauces but other than that it was very good.
