Mcdonald's - Reservar una mesa

Should not take 15 minutes to place an order when only 2 people are ahead of you. Manger didn't know where any item were on the register, hunted for everything. People packing orders to go walking around acting like it wasn't their job. Was last in the bojangles 3 months ago, I emailed corporate after that visit. Cashier at that time was throwing a fit about something using the f word every sentence.

Could have been because it was Christmas Eve and they were short staffed but the service was AWEFUL! Had to use the kiosk to place order because they didn't have anyone on the register. Everyone was working Drive Thru and the kitchen. Was having trouble getting accurate order on kiosk and no one was on the counter to assist so we just left and went somewhere else.

I expect ok service not great I get it! It’s McDonalds but this location was absolutely awful! Service awful! They took 30 mins to give me 2 happy meals! The store was empty!

Absolutely worst managed restaurant ever!! Stood at the counter for 20 minutes and was never even greeted.

I always get it to go. I use my app to get the points for free food.
