Okay, I came here a lot. I'm calling and I can't answer because this is important. before deciding to write an evaluation, I called 5x and no answer. I was calmed over the situation, but getting my car shampoo is above the top. I order a steak egg and cheese on the mc griddle with a big icestee. I put the icy in the cup holder of my car. I drive to the house to take the cup out of the cup holder and spill all the drink in my car. they come to find out the cover they gave me did not fully secure the top of the cup because it was broken as they see in the picture. that is very unacceptable when I call and nobody answers. to let them know about the lids and what happens. Very Bad how they treat the black people that work in the restaurant as well as the people who walk in ! It’s a predominantly black neighborhood and the Spanish people are very disrespectful! If you don’t like the people don’t work the job this is a urban community with some hard working people just trying to get a burger ! It’s not always the best environment but we know how to manage and talk to our people without making them feel hate to want to punch or damage property.

I am not a fan of McDonald's, as I prefer to cook my own burgers. However, this restaurant always has a set menu, so the food is best suited for those who enjoy this type of cuisine.
My dining experience at this restaurant is always disappointing. The food is not good and doesn't match the price. This will be my last time coming back. The service is terrible!
They are the worst when it comes to DoorDash orders they always have their back’s turned I have to yell at them to get their attention to give me my order???
